Book a 1-2-3 Witness Seminar Contact: rick@123witness.com Accomodations: Seminar and book author Richard (Rick) Zepernick is happy to stay in a leader's home, to get a sense of the area and the people who will participate in the seminar. No rental car is needed if you have a volunteer(s) to transport the author. Airfare: Rick prefers to fly out of MacArthur Islip (ISP) airport (Southwest Airlines). Optional airports are LaGuardia (LGA) or Kennedy (JFK). Roundtrip transportation to LGA or JFK is more expensive than ISP. |
Your Commitment:
* You and your team commit to pray for the seminar, and that you will ask people to pray during the seminar, and that you will continue to pray for Rick and all who attended, for a week following the seminar (Rick especially seeks your prayers following a seminar),
* You will provide the location (venue), with tables and chairs in groups of seven,
* You will provide a team of volunteers (Greeters and Helpers) and group leaders (2 for each 5 participants),
* You will obtain and distribute, in advance of the team meeting, the books, materials and pre-seminar assignments for team members and seminar participants, so they can complete their assignments before the seminar,
* Commitment from team members to complete the readings and homework assignments prior to the team meeting,
* Provide lunch (or suitable alternative) for paticipants,
* Pay Rick's travel and lodging expenses and honorarium.
* You agree to follow up with opportunities for participant's to share their testimonies.
Schedule:
Team meeting
There will be a team meeting, normally, Friday evening before the Saturday seminar. The pastors, leaders and team members have a dinner together with Rick, a time of fellowship, beginning at 7 or 7:30 p.m. The Rick would like to address the team and answer questions for about one hour.
Seminar
Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. the team and pastors gather with Rick to pray. At 8:30 a.m. you may choose to serve a continental breakfast. There will be a late morning and mid afternoon 20 minute break. Lunch is one hour. The seminar may end as late as 4 p.m., giving as many as possible a final opportunity to share their witness.
